A name that conveys the meaning of our work. The Concept One is our unique piece, the first one or the first small series of pieces, having exactly the same mechanical and chemical properties as the component that will be batch produced by melting and casting.
We create The Concept One through rapid prototyping with 3D sand printing.

10 high-performance machining centers, combined with machine tooling and 4.0. management systems for various setups, make it possible to refine the casting process, transforming a raw object into a mechanical part for cylinder heads, crankcases, exhaust manifolds, or into one of the various parts that require great everyday performance under high thermal and mechanical stress.

The internal foundry allows us to keep complete control over all of the operations, and to reduce cost and production time.

Rapid prototyping machines work ceaselessly to produce all the components that make up the mold, which is later manually assembled and completed with cores.

The quality of the first pieces is guaranteed by controls that allow us to verify 100% of their mechanical, chemical and dimensional characteristics in compliance with the Customer’s requests.
Robotic touch probes and 3D scanners guarantee both geometrical and dimensional precision.
Radioscopy plus chemical and mechanical analysis ensure correspondence and metallurgical structure of the materials, thus avoiding any specific problems in the mechanical parts obtained by fusion.
