Speed is one of AA Modelleria’s key concepts: by using the best technologies and adopting a completely internal production process, we optimize manufacturing time and cost of the prototypes, the first processings and the complete batch production.

2. Excellent, in every phase

We follow production at every stage of the process: from the initial mathematics to the finished product, ready for installation. The process starts from CAD-DATA for simulation, and continues with sand casting, mechanical machining, and final quality check. Everything is under our control.

3. Concrete, in series

AA Modelleria’s experience and company size guarantee the optimal setup for batch production, from 1 to 500 large volume parts. All done in short time spans and with significantly reduced tooling costs.
