INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
A) INFORMATION RELATING TO THE SITE’S PRIVACY POLICY
The following aims to provide you the fundamental information pursuant to art. 13 e 14 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) regarding the processing of your personal data by A.A. MODELLERIA S.R.L. in relation to your browsing of our website www.aamodelleria.com and the use of the services offered.
B) DATA PROCESSING
1. Object of processing
The Data Holder processes personal, identifying and non-sensitive data (by way of example but not limited to name, surname, company name, address, telephone, email, country, postal code, Cookies, Usage Data, username and password –hereinafter, “personal data” or “data” as well) possibly provided by you, when participating opinion and satisfaction surveys, filling inscription forms through the Site for events or webinars organized by the Data holder, by online requests for information and sending of newsletters.
2. Purpose of the processing
Your personal data are processed only with Your specific and distinct consent (article 7 of GDPR), for the following purposes: sending you opinion and satisfaction surveys, newsletters or invitations to events via email or to subscribe to events where the Data Holder takes part or organizes.
The processing of particular personal data that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a private person, data relating to the person’s health, sexual life or sexual orientation is excluded, as pursuant to art. 9 of the GDPR 2016/679.
3. Data Processing methods
Processing of Your personal data is done by means of operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.
Without prejudice to communications made in compliance with legal and contractual obligations, all data collected and processed may be communicated exclusively for the purposes specified above to the categories of recipients indicated in art. 6 of this information document.
4. Processed Data retention time
The Data Holder will process the personal data for the time that is strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. Therefore, as long as this information/promotion service is provided or for a maximum period of 10 years following the conclusion of any contractual relationship or the latest commercial transaction.
The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Holder in the related sections of this document or by contacting the Data Holder.
When data processing is based on User consent, the Data Holder can keep Personal Data for longer until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Holder may be obligated to keep said Personal Data for a longer period to be compliant with a legal obligation or by order of the Authorities.
At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, by the end of this time period, the right to access, deletion, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exerted.
5. Security measures
The Data Holder has adopted specific security measures in order to protect Your data against the risk of loss, abuse or alteration. It has particularly adopted measures referred to in article 32 of GDPR.
6. Access to Data
Your data may be made accessible for the purpose referred to in art. 2 to people inside the Data Holder (e.g. administrative, commercial, marketing personnel, system administrators, etc.), external subjects (e.g. third party technical service providers, commercial, accounting and administrative consultants, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) that may also be appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Holder. An updated list of Data Processors can always be requested to the Data Holder at any time.
7. Data Communication
Without your express consent (as pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letters b) and c) of GDPR), the Data Holder may communicate Your data for the purposes of art. 2 to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities as well as to all other subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of the aforementioned purposes. Your data will not be disclosed.
8. Data Transfer
Personal Data management and transfer will take place in Italy.
The company employs the services of web operators that have fulfilled the obligations derived from EU legislation through proper specific GDPR compliance communications.
9. Nature of the data provisioning and consequences of refusal to reply
Data provisioning for the purposes referred to in art. 2 is optional. You can therefore choose not to provide any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing the already provide data: in this case, you will not be able to receive email invitations to events, newsletters, opinion and satisfaction surveys, etc. In any case you will be entitled to Services of contractual nature so far as you have them in place with the Data Holder’s organization.
10. Rights of the interested party
In Your capacity as the interested party, you have the rights referred to in art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights to:
1) obtain confirmation of the existence or lack thereof personal data that concern You, even if they are not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible way;
2) obtain the indication: a) of the origins of the Personal Data; b) of the purposes and methods of the data processing; c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the owner, the managers and appointed representative pursuant to art. 3, comma 1, GDPR; e) the subjects or subject categories to whom the Personal Data may be communicated to or to who can learn about them as designated representatives, managers or agents of the State in the country;
3) obtain: a) Data updates, rectification or ,when interested, integration; b) deletion, transformation in an anonymous way or blocking of data that has been processed in violation of the law, including data that is not necessary to to be kept for the purpose in which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) & b) have been brought to the attention, also in regards of their content, of those whom said data has been communicated or distributed, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate the protected legal right;
4) object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the data collection; b) to the processing of personal data that concerns You for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials or for carrying out marketing or communications research with the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operation via email and/or through traditional marketing methods via telephone and/or postal mail. It should be noted that the interested party’s right to object, as set out in the aforementioned point b), for direct marketing purposes using automated means also extends to traditional methods and that in any case such possibility remains for the interested party to exercise his/her right to object, even only partially. Therefore, the interested party can decide to receive communications only with traditional means, through only automated methods or neither types of communication.
Where applicable, you also have the rights referred to articles 16-17-18-20-21 of GDPR (The right to rectification, the right to be forgotten, the right of limitation of data processing, the right to data portability, the right to object), as well as the right to complain to the State of residence’s regulatory authorities pursuant to art. 77 of GDPR 2016/679.
By referencing art. 7 of GDPR 2016/679, the interested party can revoke consent at any time.
11. How to exercise your rights
You can exercise your rights referred to in the aforementioned point 10) at any time by sending:

12. Minors
This Site and the Data Holder’s Services are not intended for minors under the age of 18 and the Data Holder does not intentionally collect Personal Data relating to minors. In the event that information about minors were registered unintentionally, the Data Holder will delete it in a timely manner, at the users request.

14. System and maintenance Log
For needs related to operations and maintenance, this Application and third-party services it uses may collect system logs, which are files that record interactions that could also contain Personal Data, such as the user’s IP address.

The current information page may be subject to changes. It is therefore advisable to check this information page regularly and refer to the latest version. In this case, the updated version of this privacy policy is published on this page, indicating the date of its latest update.
