RADIOSCOPY
We conduct a thorough analysis of the physical structure of each and every piece we manufacture. With radioscopy it is possible to rule out any internal imperfection of the materials, such as fractures and porosity.
3D SCANNERS
We check the correspondence between mathematical model and raw object produced. 3D surveying tools ensure greater accuracy, speed, and versatility, when compared to systems equipped with 3D touch probes.
CMM
The final check of the component’s dimensions with high-precision Coordinate Measuring-Machines guarantees the perfect correspondence of the piece with the Customer’s 2D drawing and its specifics and tolerances.
